Das kommt vom ICQ-Server. Die haben das alte OSCAR-Protokoll abgeschaltet. Eionrobb hat ein neues Plugin gebaut: https://github.com/EionRobb/icyque
Aber ich habe es selbst nicht ausprobiert.

You need to use the new icyque plugin: https://github.com/EionRobb/icyque
The installation steps are in the README.md. As far as I know, it still has some rough edges, though.

Leider konnten Sie eine fertige Version des pidgin + Plugins herunterladen, um es bereits zu installieren. ist es möglich weil ich nicht verstehe, wie man dieses plugin installiert.
Ich habe den icyque-master-Ordner heruntergeladen, weiß aber nicht, wohin er verschoben werden soll. helfen Sie mir bitte. Ich bin dumm in dieser Angelegenheit)

I’m sorry. I don't use ICQ anymore nor did I write the new plugin.
Try to ask at the issue tracker on the Github project.

I installed the newest version and the plugin, and I can connect to ICQ. I can even receive and send messages - but when I send them, I see them twice (the receipient sees them only once).
So I switched to ICQ2go, and whatever I write in ICQ2go is displayed in pidgin - once.
Can anyone imagine what happens?
